- Shari is an Author, Certified Professional Coach, Speaker, and a twenty-seven year veteran of the healthcare industry. During her professional career, as a corporate executive, she trained and mentored others. This experience along with other personal experiences, lead to her having a greater desire to use her experiences and knowledge in helping others. Having retired at forty-four, Shari has witnessed and lived with the positive effects that a focused approach to life can have. In 2009 Shari wrote the book Five Essentials of Transformation. Her book completes the circle of motivation and delivers a system of balanced change and ongoing support to keep people moving. Fundamentally, there are only a few things that may be holding someone back from the greatest change in their life.
